By accessing or using Solar-X services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services
Solar-X provides solar installation, maintenance, and monitoring services across Spain. All quotations are estimates until a formal contract is signed.
3. Warranty
Panels carry a 25-year manufacturer warranty. Installation work is covered by a 10-year guarantee. Full warranty terms are provided with each contract.
4. Liability
Solar-X is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the value of services provided.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Málaga.
